Adventure *New Carta Bella Traditions

Ok, you all have to click on this New Carta Bella "Traditions" collection because this is just a gorgeous collection and I know you can't feel the texture virtually, but it's a nice thick textured cardstock that you will just love. There is a whole sheet of great tags, so I had to use a few. This background Kraft cardstock is also from Carta Bella so its just perfect. I have put off working on these photos because for one thing, I didn't have the right colors and style of papers, and also because I just struggle with two pagers and I wanted to use alot of photos.  So actually I did 3 pages but you will have to wait for the 3rd. :) But isn't this peacock perfect! I cut it out of the paper. The threads are a normal brown thread but I also stitched with a peacock colored metallic thread from Kreinik. The little leather ribbon is from May Arts and I zig zag stitched over it to hold it in place.

This layout is for 2 page Sketch #17 at Sketch Savvy HERE

LOVE this page! The papers go perfectly with your photos. I have lots of photos from Animal Kingdom too, so I am gonna have to go get these papers. I need that Kraft, too. You really are amazing at doing these double pages- such an inspiration! I would LOVE to see you do more of them. As always, I'm just in awe of your amazing details.

Wonderful!! Your layout (Yay! A two pager!)has convinced me that my purchase (which I just got notice has been shipped - can't wait!!) is a great one. This paper is perfect for lots of things at DL too -- Grizzly River Run, Matterhorn, so many. Really looking forward to diving into this line and I may scraplift your layout. You amaze me!

Love it! It flows beautifully, and the white paint splatters relate well to the water theme. Great tag clusters too!

Oh these papers are GORGEOUS! I think they will go perfectly with photos taken in my livingroom actually! You are just such an enabler, Susan! And my husband is tired of me telling him that we have to go back to Disney World because I missed the great photos that you seem to get. ;)

Love this page - I like seeing how you've used the tags on the LOs as little embellishment clusters. I always struggle to use tags, but these look great so will be borrowing some inspiration here!
