This is for the Color Combo's Galore #154. I loved the colors and the inspiration photo, but I had a hard time with these colors. I used some of my favorite papers from the Citrus Collection by DCWV and then added a bit of pink from Nana's Nursery DCWV and a birdhouse from Porcelain Basic Grey. The inspiration photo had straw flower stitched onto a tote so I copied them on my page. The white cardstock piece is cut using a file called "paper lace" from Scale-Files.

It always amazes me how you pull elements from the sample and bring them to life in your pages.
Okay, so I have been the worst friend in the entire world and have not commented on your pages in forever!!! First off, this page is as close to perfect as anyone could ever get! Seriously, I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you re-created those flowers from the inspiration photo and added them to your LO. There is just so much cool detail on this page. The birdcage is perfect and totally something I would have never thought to use. But that is why you are so much better at thinking outside the box than me. Now I am off to spend the rest of thre weekend catching up on your amazing work!
