I used the
Serendipity Scrapbooks July "I deserve it all" kit for these projects. It surprised me how many different things I have been able to scrap with this kit and still keep a bit of a patriotic feel. Again, this kit is filled with
beautiful papers by Graphic 45 and
Websters Pages, Letter Stickers from Websters, embellishments like the bingo cards and crepe paper ribbons by
Jenni Bowlin,Whitewash Cardstock by
Coreinations, and red, white, and blue felt. These photos from the American Adventure at EPCOT were very fun and I have to tell you that I do love that show but no one in my family stayed awake for it. Most of them were asleep before the curtain went up! sheesh. It's the nice chairs and air conditioning that does it.
I had fun making PinWheels and felt embellishments, but check out the whitewashed cardstock - its by
Coredinations and the paper core is a goldy yellow color. So fun to sand and tear.

I had so much fun taking these photos of Brett, he is such a ham and we had great lighting so I took a bunch. I had to ask him to do one with a straight face, but most were pretty silly. These papers and the little "Brave" bingo card were just what I wanted for the photos. He was here when I finished the page and he really liked it alot.

Without fail you always manage to do something cool and different on each page. I really love the handmade, stitched embellishments on the first page, that Mickey is my fav! And the vintage crepe paper feel o the second page is perfect. They are both beautiful.
Fantastic! How DO you come up with all these brilliant new ideas???
